Jennifer Banovetz-Bastian, Founder & CEO
Jennifer Banovetz-Bastian has over 25 years of experience as a strategic communications leader. with a diverse background spanning industries including automotive, B2B, consumer products and non-profit organizations. With a passion for crafting compelling narratives and fostering meaningful. connections, Jennifer’s focus is on developing and executing communication that drives results. She has led consumer brand marketing practices at global agencies including Edelman and Ogilvy and developed communications strategies on behalf of brands such as Ford Motor Company, Jaguar North America, Mazda, The Recording Academy, Unilever’s Dove brand, CÎROC Vodka, The American Plastics Council, and Deckers Outdoor Corporation, which included global brand strategy and execution for UGG Australia, Teva, and Sanuk. She has also led public relations efforts on behalf of non-profit organizations including the GRAMMY Music Education Coalition, GRAMMY Museum, and Animal Wellness Foundation.

 

Jennifer founded the company to disrupt the notion that communication is one-size-fits-all and to spark creativity and action with key stakeholder audiences.

Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication from Oakland University in Rochester, MI. She is an avid reader, cooking enthusiast, and an advocate for animal rescue.
